Ok, let me be honest for a moment. It was one of those weeks. You know the kind: you wake up with a to-do list that seems like it doubled itself overnight; you fear that all your hard work will lead to nothing; you feel just plain tired. Then yesterday I got a voicemail from a friend that made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside; Grant finished a project that’s been hanging over his head for over a year; the internet finally got speedy again, and we were able to begin on these:

Sometimes I do have to remind myself, but it’s not hard to remember how lucky we are. We spend our Saturdays photographing happy, romantic people on one of the biggest days of their lives. Our whole job revolves around love and beauty. As you can see, there was no shortage of either on Meghan and Brad’s wedding day. From the bright sky to the smallest detail, the day was perfect.

Katie and John were married in Elkhart a few weeks ago, had a day filled with family and friends, and hosted a great party that lasted into the night. John was one of the proudest grooms we’ve had this year!

We’re workin’ hard to finish these up, but enjoy a few until we do!

Fall nights are cold…
