Lindsay + Aaron | Wedding in Kalamazoo

September 16, 2009

In all of our email correspondence prior to the wedding, Lindsay signed her emails with her maiden name, but always with the caveat “soon-to-be” followed by Aaron’s name. We could tell just in her email signature how excited she was to be marrying Aaron. When we arrived in Kalamazoo on the wedding day, the excitement we could see in her emails was everywhere. From the t-shirts they had made for the bridal party mimicking the old Las Vegas sign to the wine they made themselves and had bottled with custom logos (with their engagement pictures on the label!)… it was so easy to see that this was something they were both ready for, excited for, and looking forward to for quite some time. They were both so invested in the day–they wanted to enjoy every little bit of it as much as possible, and it sure seems like they did.

Lindsay booked her hair and makeup at the Alano salon in Kalamazoo.

While we were taking photos of Lindsay and her bridesmaids, her grandpa came outside to see his beautiful granddaughter. It was so touching (really!) to watch their interaction throughout the day. It was clear that her grandpa had a big heart that was so full of love (a great bit of which he gave to Lindsay).

Aaron, even with everything going on and everything to do on the big day, was more interested in Lindsay than anything or anyone else. Exactly the way it should be.

Lindsay + Aaron: we’re so glad you had all the fun it looked like you did while on your cruise, and so glad we could share your beautiful wedding day with you!

Rachel: Beautiful! I always enjoy your work, and it was especially nice to see my college! Congrats to the newly weds :)

Barb: You made our daughters pictures so beautiful, I have cried so most of them. I don't know how to thank you for all you did that day, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Annabelle Czachorski: The Pictures are beautiful. I like the way you had black & whites and some of those brown tones too along with the regular color photos. Neat

Brenda: Great pictures that capture every little moment between Aaron and Lindsay. What beautiful pictures!

Melanie: Was there a bottle of wine for every guest? That's a pretty neat idea! How large was the wedding? I especially like the photo of Lindsay's mom watching her and her grandfather dance-- very sweet, and I'm sure a good memory for the couple to look back on later.

Terry James Vronko: VERY FITTING! The pictures capture the kids very special moments that they will never forget. Thankfully, your cameras were there so the children & Grandchildren can see how this union was started!

Lynn Vronko: Beautiful pictures. What a fun wedding! We all had such a good time. We are very happy for you both.

Lindsay & Aaron: Thank you so much, the photos are beautiful. I can't stop looking at them! Melanie - we used the bottles of wine as escort cards to the table - we had about 140 guests and gave away about 70 bottles of wine!

Aunt Lee: These are beautiful!

Phyllis Lubbert: I just loved being a part of this beautiful event for these two beautiful people. I love the photos, have cried thru most of the viewing of them. Thank you for capturing the memory making moments of the beginning of their "happy ever after!"
