When we first met Cassie a few months ago, she was in Grand Rapids to dress shop with her mom, grandma, and some bridesmaids. So, this was the first time we spent time with both Pat and Cassie together. They were easy-going, relaxed, and up for anything… it made photographing them so enjoyable (and easy)!

The same day as Cassie and Pat’s session, there was an organized Sidewalk Chalk Flood in downtown.  We couldn’t resist incorporating the city’s temporary make-over.

When we were walking out of the Amway, Cassie said to us: “I told Pat that it’s so exciting when you say ‘let’s stop here for a picture’!” because it meant they’d have one more unique location and look.  We loved to hear that!  Cassie and Pat, you both were so great to take pictures of–thanks!
